Beat it Frost it – BIFI – is a dynamic mother and daughter duo. 

From the early days in the backyard making mud pies for her mum (sorry mum), Kate has always been obsessed with baking treats and eating them and is now becoming a self-taught home baker who one day decided to take her hobby to the next level! 

Just as her mum looked into wrapping up her corporate career and starting a life of leisure and retirement, BIFI offered her an opportunity she couldn’t refuse!

They now share the honour of co-running their small business with mum being the greatest supporter. They may have some late nights baking and the occasional burnt finger but together they are conquering the baking world one cake or cookie at a time.
