Set on seven acres in the heart of the Bellarine, the distillery specialises in day-to-dusk weddings that favour connection over convention. From elopements shared with a handful of guests to micro weddings with your closest circle, each celebration is designed to feel effortless, meaningful and distinctly your own.

In partnership with Geelong Boutique Weddings, curated weekday packages focus on simple celebrations – from elopements of up to 15 guests to micro weddings of 50.

Limited weekend dates offer exclusive, day-to-dusk cocktail-style celebrations for up to 100, with tailored minimum spends.

For couples and their guests, the distillery also suits pre- and post-wedding gatherings – from curated gin or whisky tastings to the first stop of a hens or bucks celebration.

With award-winning spirits, seasonal food and a distinctly local atmosphere, it’s a place to celebrate with intention – relaxed, personal and shared with the people who matter most.
