Oakdene gives couples the choice and flexibility to find the perfect spot, ensuring the moment you exchange vows is eternally special. Most choose the picturesque front garden nestled under shady trees or the rustic train shed for their nuptials but there are many options available with stunning photographic backdrops wherever you look.

Another feature is the charming accommodation situated on the property. The Guesthouse features three themed rooms – the Attic Room, the Marilyn Room and the Water Room – giving you the opportunity to get ready on site for your big day or somewhere for you or your travelling guests to stay.

Oakdene can cater to any party size as the property houses three reception spaces as well as private dining rooms for smaller and more intimate groups. Manor Suite Wine Bar caters for 100 guests sit-down or 200 for a cocktail reception. Should you prefer the luscious garden to host your reception, 80 guests can be seated or 120 standing. The stylish and expansive café, Mr. Grubb, can accommodate as many as 350 guests for a cocktail party amidst the peaceful Birch forest.

Boasting modern Australian and European cuisine, our chefs combine fresh and local produce to execute delicious, unforgettable meals for you and your guests to indulge in. The team will work with you to craft a suitable menu for your celebration, ensuring all your dietary needs are met and tastebuds satisfied. The venue provides cocktail and grazing menu packages as well as traditional two or three-course alternate drop and banquet menus, all of which are inclusive of the Oakdene drinks package.
