THE PADDOCK BAKERY

The highly anticipated opening of Paddock Bakery in Geelong has finally arrived! Originally hailing from Burleigh Heads, Queensland, the award-winning Paddock Bakery has spent more than a decade perfecting its artisan recipes and is renowned for its wood-fired sourdough, creme brûlée donuts and loads of other irresistibly wild and unique pastries with Wonka-esque vibes. For engaged couples in our region, the opening of the North Geelong outlet is particularly fortuitous as it’s set to double as an ultimate pre- and post-wedding celebration venue.

Situated within the scenic surroundings of Federal Mills, our insta-famous bakery guarantees an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. To step into our charming red brick space is to immerse yourself in a world of delectable sweets and pastries, lovingly crafted with the finest ingredients and expert care.

Our ‘secret weapon’ is what distinguishes us – a custom-built woodfire oven that produces the sourdough bread of your dreams whilst offering a unique ambiance 365 days a year. You can watch our pastry chefs create their magic through glass panels and perhaps you’ll be inspired to book a small group workshop for yourself!

While you can satisfy your cravings for our baked goods any day of the week, we’re particularly thrilled to turn our attention to hosting private events in our expansive, versatile venue. The Paddock Bakery in Geelong is fully licensed, catering to gatherings of up to 250 guests.
